Martin Halblaub looks back on 20 years of experience as supervisory board member, CEO, managing director as well as many other management positions in internationally active leading banks and asset management companies in Germany and London. He has also worked as senior advisor to CEOs and board chairmen as well as consultant for medium-sized companies. As investor, manager, consultant and coach, over the last 10 years he has focused on consulting and coaching for committee representatives, managers and staff with high potential.
Throughout his career he has always driven and implemented change. He has successfully established, developed, restructured, closed or wound down more than 50 companies, business units or portfolios. In this context, he has employed more than 100 managers, accompanied them in their development and established high-performance teams together with these. His experience also includes work as mandate holder on over 25 supervisory boards, either as member or chairman. Martin Halblaub graduated from the universities of Oxford and Paris (HEC Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change), Paris and Singapore (INSEAD IEP), Edinburgh (MBA), Seville (studies in Semiotics) and Mannheim (MSc. in Finance and Marketing; further studies in Language, Literature and Communication).
